This program is especially developed to assist any women with the process of breaking free from any kind of destructive behavioral patterns as well as to give invaluable information on the nature of abusive and exploitive relationships. The course will assist the participant, through a series of safe self examinations, to recognise the things that impede our growth and also how to tackle longstanding habits and problems.

• The program is based on Kashina’s story and the recorded trials and tribulations of other heroic women, of how it often takes a miracle to break free from addictions and abuse alone. Kashina also incorporated some of the ideas and techniques developed by the White Bison Organisation of America into the course to provide them to the women of Australia.

• The Program uses the traditional teachings of the Medicine Wheel, & Four Laws of Change to provide women with a wider insight into the cause of their behaviour. Great emphasis is placed on supporting women seeking help or information on how to protect themselves from any physical, material or emotional exploitation during their vulnerable recovery stage. The program promotes the wellbeing of participants, encompassing not only sobriety of all addictive patterns but also total emotional, mental, physical and spiritual recovery.

Topics covered in the course include:

• The deprivation of energy and loss of confidence brought about by the habitual repetitive behaviour, which can not only make a person feel hopeless and stuck but cause many physical and mental health problems.

• A unique technique to tackle problems that can help those that have tried “all the other programs”

The Lalushka Women’s Recovery Circle is designed to support those women who have a desire for information in the area of recovery. Members can work together to get motivated and share problems they have faced in their lives with other members who have worn the same shoes.
